Login Fail after Choosing Char ... Empty

I tried to Log-In with my Main-Char, then Loading Screen appears....

and Nothing happens, but after 30 sec´s its standing in the upper left corner "login fail" where before normally stands "Rappelz" ...

And the Loading Screen´s freeze.
Also in Char-Choose, my Char is completely naked Mad :S
